Reduced battery going to house

Following a hold period, the battery was only supplying around 300w to the house instead of nearer 3kw. Is there a reason for this reduction. I found the issue and resolved it on the GE portal but not until after I'd done a load of washing!

Mat After which hold period was this? So we can locate this in the logs pls?

Further to this, slots to discharge and charge have said they have actioned but not done anything. Also I set a quick discharge just now and it charged instead

I'm not exactly sure as it wasn't until I got home and increased demand that I realised the battery only gave a reduced amount. Over night, last night, although slots to charge and discharge appear to be actioned on the activity log on ww and on GE portal, nothing happened

Hmm - that sounds like something related to your inverter, not WW or the Giv API.

Sounds like instructions are simply not being actioned, despite the Giv API responding with success messages.

admin Might want to check the GE remote log to see if there are any External Change events like I have had that messed with the battery discharge rate.
