Just starting my solar journey, with lots to learn!
I have a Growatt SPH5000 and Growatt battery (taken over from previous house owner), am on Octopus IOG, and have started a Wonder Watt trial.
Having set up WW, I get the failures to set the schedule shown in the image below (2025-09-20 to 2025-09-22). However, when I try Quick Schedule Charge and Discharge, they work fine (I also checked that the battery really was charging and discharging), so it seems that my credentials set in WW are correct, and that WW is able to control the inverter.
Aside: Oddly, after the second night of failures messages, the charge rate was changed from the pre-Wonder Watt setting of 100% to 13% (so the battery didn't charge fully by the end of the IOG window at 05:30).
Q1: Any ideas what might be causing the failures?
Q2: If I wanted to (temporarily) disable Wonder Watt from changing any inverter settings, for example, so that I can manually set the schedule again for tonight, how would I do that?
