My Shine Lanbox worked well for about three weeks until a broadband outage. The box just will not reconnect to the dongle and I am unable to get the second light to stay solid.
I have reset the box, the dongle, the router and tried on another router with a stronger signal but that light just keeps flashing. The installer, Growatt and broadband supplier have been unable to identify the problem.
Anyone had the same issue and managed to fix it please?
