Octopus Intellegence and EV's

Hi there,
Big fan of the service, but slightly confused regarding the best config for using an EV and Octopus Intellegence. I have a Growatt Inverter and a pair of Pylon US3000c batteries - Total capacity 7kWh.

On the config screen there is an option to Hold Charge. If this is set to Hold charge ON and Active ON, will my home battery be charged from the grid at all?

Is there any advice on how the Growatt system should be best configured?

Also, are there any plans for a WonderWatt phone app?
