Subscription account cancelled in error

My account has been cancelled. You kicked me out because I have no paid subscription.
However I paid for subscription on the 8th October 2025. In a separate payment.
Please can you reactivate my account.

For some reason, most of you have this odd Failed payment and cancelled sub that happened on the 7th of November, today, well, yesterday (Friday).

Looks like something with our payment provider Paddle potentially. Unsure why there would be an attempt on the 7th when you've all got an annual sub that started around October?

admin @DawlishPaddler @Sean @Oneforsorrow22 @Duncan57b Apologies, it really looks like some weird mess up at our Payment provider, as per my msg above, seems to think a sub payment failed and was cancelled on the 7th of November. Which then caused our integration to update your sub status accordingly.

This has now all been sorted for you, sorry for the inconvenience.

Let us know if you encounter any more hiccups.
