anxsy I am in the same situation as you. I have no rooftop solar, and it is not connected to my GivEnergy setup. I am also on IOG.
In your WW >> Settings page, you must put a minimum of 1 in the kWp value.

is not allowed and will produce an error. Enter 1 in this dialog box.
But it makes no difference to the operation of WW, which should, if connected to your IOG setup, on the Octopus >> Intelligent page, will then set to charge your home battery when you get a slot by Octopus for your car. You can however only have 1 car on IOG at a given address, so you will need to work that through by charging the hybrid manually between 23:30 - 05:30 [easy] or putting it on charge when you get allocated a slot during the day [very difficult, as they move around].
You should not be setting any charge schedules on the inverter itself. Remove any schedules you have in the portal or the app and let WW do it all for you. That way, you won't end up with conflicts.
PS. This would also stop your car from draining your home battery, thus requiring no electrical work to be done. However, I suspect that by the time you read this, your charger connection will have been relocated, but not to worry. It saves any mishaps.
