Failed to charge overnight

Hi @admin - my batteries were not charged last night. I set a schedule late in the evening and also triggered a one-time charge to catch a good slot. This morning there is no trace of my schedule on the Agile table, no sign of any attempts to charge in the log and my battery is of course empty. Any ideas what happened please? You had two half hour slots selected via Agile, one at 00:00-00:30 and one from 5:30-6:00.

Unlikely enough to have a full battery in the morning.

How many slots have you configured for WW to select? And for which window?

Currently travelling, so got limited access.

As I recall I had booked 0:00 and then 01:30-06:00. None of them triggered though, and there are no log entries.

It's happening again. I had some scheduled slots fail to set last night, so tried to use Quick Schedule to catch the slot. It said it worked, twice, but nothing actually happened. Can you see any hints in your logs about what is going on please? User necessary-district at 23:43:12 and 00:01:19

It's happening again - charge failed all night apart from 5-6:30am, now is failing again and Quick Schedule is also failing but reporting in my log as working. No signs of any issue with ShinePhone or the account.

Is there any way I could get to see the full log for my account without bothering you?

Thanks! Any ideas what is behind that? Network timeout? Server error in China? Mice in the inverter? I can't find anything logged anywhere...

webmink Usually (9 out of 10 times) it's some connectivity issue, Wifi, Internet, local connection etc.
