IOG, Octopus Flux, Zappi Charger, Growatt Inverter and Battery

Totally new to this. I am unsure having read many articles and posts as to what the best settings are for the above setup?
In WW I currently have scheduled battery charging from 23:30 - 05:30 (lowest IOG import rate), and battery discharge slots between 16:00 and 19:00 (highest Octopus Flux export rate).
Will these schedules have any effect on the smart EV charging slots generated by octopus when I plug my EV in?
Am I doing anything wrong?
Chat GPT says that you should not create schedules in WW when on the IOG tariff which I am finding confusing!!
When a smart EV charging slot is created by octopus, does that mean all your imported electricity is at the smart charging rate during that period or just what is used to charge your EV?
If my EV is plugged in and there is a smart charging slot while I am trying to export (between 16:00 and 19:00) what happens?

PaulN Don't use custom charge schedules when on IOG. WW takes care of this, including the default 23:30-5:30 slot.

All leccy will be charged at offpeak rate. Up to a max of 6 hours or so.

Basically, don't plug your EV in when you have an export schedule set up. Otherwise it would just go into your EV.

admin Thank you so much for this. Clears a lot of confusion up.
So to be clear, no custom charging schedules on IOG, keep custom export schedule between 1600 and 1900 and don't plug EV in between 1600 and 1900.
This is the optimum set up?
