I'm trying to set up the Intelligent Octopus Go integration on Wonder Watt but hitting a wall. After entering my API key and Octopus account number and clicking Save, I get the error:
"Error response from IOG"
A bit of background on what I've tried:
- Generated a fresh API key from my Octopus account dashboard
- Used my correct account number (A-XXXXXXXX format)
- Tested the Octopus consumption endpoint directly via curl — that works fine and returns data, so the key and MPAN/meter serial are valid
The integration just doesn't seem to be picking up any planned dispatch slots — it shows "No planned dispatches found."
Not sure where to go from here. Is there a known issue with the IOG API response right now, or is there something specific I need to check on the Octopus side (e.g. charger linking, tariff verification)?
