admin Thanks, I realise that, but in the morning I’d like to export down to 80% battery and stay there, however as soon as the batteries reach 80% it’s still morning and they then recharge back to 100% on solar.
I’d like a way to not recharge on solar after they reach 80%, instead send solar direct to the grid until my batteries reach say 50%.
Currently my batteries are full for much of the day while the sun shines and I start exporting from 4pm. Surely it’s better for my batteries to not remain full for all this time and more efficient to send solar to the grid instead of topping up my batteries and exporting it later in the day?
I hope I’ve explained this in a way to make it understood. I’m retired and not very techie! I just wondered if there was a way for WW to automate the control of my batteries during the day to not recharge from solar for a set period of time or until the batteries reach a minimum set %.
