Reasonable fix would probably be to not select for a period unless all tariff slots for that period are available.
Fix being rolled out as we speak. Release version: 422.
Feel free to unselect the 19:00 - 22:30 slots for tomorrow and when 16:15 rolls around tomorrow and rates are available for the window, it should populate fine, without selecting any slots where rates are only available for part of any Agile charge window.
