Danno I would suggest a simple model of taking say your 11 panels kWp and choosing either east or west orientation. See how you go with that in terms of our solar prediction.
You can always tweak things a bit. Even possibly lower the kWp and choose a South-West orientation.
One thing to note, give it a few days and compare with actuals before changing too much.
