It depends on what you want to achieve and how much battery storage you have and how much solar PV you get during the day (and your load) and if you do a lot of exporting or not.
Where I am, solar starts to kick in around 9am and during a normal day, the battery is pretty much empty by bedtime. I have a Agile window from 22:30 to 07:00 which gets the battery charged up for the next day using the cheapest slots. I need 7 or 8.
During the day I can use WW to manually select slots as needed and coordinate the white goods load.
I also have a EV that gets topped up overnight and I don't want the GE battery drained into the EV so I am testing the WW HOLD feature.
Heating is gas so I don't have to worry about ASHP etc.
Best thing is have a play and see what works for you.
