Acejames87 Hi, The smart charging seemed to stop working today. I woke up with 10% battery and importing from grid. The activity log shows nothing for today but had something for all previouse days. I didn't change any settings. What has gone wrong?
admin Acejames87 Hi - looks like a few Growatt users were affected by an intermittent error response from the Growatt API. Nothing has changed at our end. Hopefully just a temporary issue, but will troubleshoot and see if it's all OK now.
Acejames87 admin Is there any way it can keep retrying if it fails. Or at least leave it to default to charge no matter what in off peak and then it turns it off if it can connect and the forecast is high enough closer to offpeak period?
admin Acejames87 Hi, yeah it does retry with a backoff interval, but if the API is down for say 5 minutes or even more, it's just hard to know. Sometimes Growatt is down for hours on end, even on the ShinePhone app.
