Can you check your inverter log on the Giv portal? Click on My Inverter in menu and then cog at top right menu, Remote Control, and scroll down to the bottom.
You should see the calls that Wonder Watt has made.
As far as we can tell from our logs, we were able to send charge instructions correctly to the Giv API for your inverter.
Most recent one that has just run was a slot between 13:30 and 14:00.
