Pourl Check in the GivEnergy portal. Account Settings, Manage Account Security, Manage API Tokens, and you will see an expiry date or no expiry against your API token.
In any case, it looks like it's not valid anymore and therefore we cannot retrieve details. Please generate a new API key in Giv, and update it in Settings (make sure to press Connect to validate), then Save.
In the meantime, we will update the app with a better error handling for the energy flow functionality. Update to follow shortly.
