Hi, I seem to have a problem. Last night WW pre-selected 4 slots (11.30 pm, 00.00, 1.30 and 3.30). I decided to cancel these and wait until later on Saturday afternoon to book my own slots at 13.30, 14.00, 14.30 and 15.00. Saved all this. This morning when I checked the battery was full and had charged with during the 4 pre-selected slots which I had cancelled. I wasn't too bothered as I thought it may have been my fault as I had left the window active. I thought perhaps I should have de-activated it aswell as cancelling the slots.
I kept the afternoon slots as I wanted to charge my EV. At 13.30 the EV starts to charge, the slots in WW are highlighted, the battery is discharging to the car but is not charging. Checking the GE app, no timed programme for charging. Eventually via the GE app I started battery charging manually.
So in summary, the pre-selected slots that I cancelled weren't cancelled and charged. The afternoon slots that I did want to charge didn't! Can you advise? Thanks in advance.
