  • Charge instruction hold set (468W), - not working

Hi
Below are details on a slot instruction that appears to have not been sent to the inverter.
The schedule this morning included a charge in the 5:00-5:30 slot
This resulted in an action in the WW activity log of
2024-04-09 05:01:05 83 %
Charge instruction hold set (468W), starting 05:00 Agile Octopus
However, the GE log shows what looks a no charge was integrated:

The activity Graph also shows charging stopped at 05:00

I think this has happened where a "Charge instruction hold set (???W)" instruction has been sent in the last few days but not looked back to double-check.
Let me know if you need nor info or if I have done something incorrectly.

PS This was a slot added - the core window ran to 5am and the 5-5:30 was invoked with a "Click on a slot to toggle the selection" as I recall. This may be irrelevant as I ma not sure if this was the case when experienced previously.

4watts Looks like the hold charge should not have been set in that scenario.

    We'll put in a fix.

    Hi
what sort of ETA do you have for this fix as I need to decide how /if to looks for work around

Looks like I've had very similar issue - battery charged then held and discharged a couple of times overnight with attempts at recharge. Instruction was to keep on charge u till 11.30 as I was charging the EV.
