Road map

I was wondering if would consider publishing a road map of future developments we might hope to look forward to.

adam Unfortunately we haven't got the resources to commit to a published road map. It would basically be setting ourselves up to miss those targets.

But, some of the priorities for now:

IOG integration
Add other Gmail account(s) to manage/view
Adding more Agile Charge windows and ability to name them
Add more charge/export schedules - up to 15 (allowing seasonal tweaks to remain in tact)
FoxESS integration
Extended log functionality
Collecting solar actuals
Add solar forecast estimates including hourly breakdowns with charts on dashboard
Introduce subscription fee

Not necessarily in that order.

I was wondering about the last bullet point… Have you decided what your subscription fee will be and when?

Sindidziwa Around a fiver or so per month, with the aim to keep it competitive and keep adding functionality.

Any plans for supporting other inverters... I'm about to change to a Sunsynk and will be disappointed to lose the WonderWatt functionality...

Bouff34 The main thing is, if you want smart integrations you should really look into inverters where the manufacturer offers an extensive and public cloud API, including for inverter control.

Most don't, and as a result that ends up limiting your options for integrations, much like we're offering.

I'm not aware of an extensive Sunsynk cloud API, though I'm sure automation can be done via local network Modbus and Home Assistant.

At the moment we are beta teters so when things go hiccup, we take it on the chin so to speak.
When you start charging for the service, will you have a service level agreement?

johalareewi Sure, a guarantee to look into and diagnose problems within a certain time frame as and when they come up.

Not too dissimilar from now I guess.

There are of course issues that are downstream from WW - inverter timeouts, cloud APIs not behaving etc., that are out of our control.
