WindyMiller A few clarifications..
There are only 5 discharge slots available in WonderWatt so I have used them all.
Some of the gaps in the charging schedule are therefore not used to discharge but will have ECO mode on using a tiny bit of my battery.
Discharge times allow a 5 minute pause between the charge and discharge windows as the WonderWatt scheduler needs some time to switch between charge and discharge (otherwise the commands to the inverter overlap and get messed up). But this does also help the inverter from overheating.
Because of these pauses my shortest discharge window is actually 20 minutes whereas the charge windows are 30 minutes. My discharge current is slightly higher than my charge current which compensates for this a bit but if I use too many 30 minute discharge slots I don't actually get rid of all the charge.
Therefore 30 minute charges followed by 20 minute discharges throughout the night end up with quite a lot of charge in the batteries; this is my aim but it means I don't need such a long charge window at the end.
