With a paid for service, are there any plans to support EV chargers? I know that there are EV tariffs like IOG but I am on Agile and have an Ohme EV charger that has an API. It would be really handy to be able to select Agile slots to charge the EV (and also to put a HOLD on the Solar battery).

OK so I used your service last autumn/winter and it was reasonable and made charging my battery during winter more efficient and less hassle I guess. However, I haven't used it since March as no need and won't really need to use it until later this month or early October. Appreciate your service was free up until now but I think you are vastly overpricing the product. You are proposing to charge £5.33/£6pm or £64pa and I just don't see the value. The service you supply is convenient not money making and staying with you will cost me money when I can set my Inverter to charge overnight manually and if I overcook it then the export is the same price as overnight import so no loss there (Octopus Flux). If your charge was one off or £10pa I might consider it worth it but I'm afraid you are going to loose most of your customer base at this rate. If you are going to stay with the charge you need to show that it will save more than the subscription which presently it doesn't Sorry to be negative, you clearly have put a lot of work into your service and it was interesting to use, but you need to do a 'customer cost benefit analysis' to work out its true worth not just dream up a fee that similar to Netflix or my mobile with nowhere near the value

@"johalareewi"#p4334 Currently Ohme doesn't seem to be integrated with Octopus directly, but it looks like Ohme have their own integration for Agile, no? If Ohme has an API that exposes the extra IOG slots that have been sent to the car, we may well be able to integrate with it. It depends on the demand for Ohme EV integration.

Just Subscribed and looking forward to seeing solar forecast integration for agile.
I look at the activity log each day to see the forecast and adjust the charge slots accordingly so automaton would be great.
However when any slots are below 6p I am happy to fill my battery and send any excess back at daytime flux rates. It would be good if that option was in the settings.

Ps just paid my annual fee as I can see how much you have put into this project. It's a bit of a neich product so the number of users will never make you a fortune so appreciate your effort even more. Keep up the good work.

I only have 1 export schedule as my solar array is only 3.6kw. I have enjoyed using the service which has managed my 1 export schedule during 4pm to 7pm, but i don't generate enough electricity to justify the paid tier. Wish you had a free tier for 1 schedule to keep users aware of the product and generate referrals. Good luck and its been good whilst it was free. All good things come to an end it seems :( BTW, I was completely unaware this change was coming. I had not received any email and just by chance I logged in and saw it. You really need to send a email to your user base to keep them informed.

Jc73uk Yeah, there may be something to explore in terms of Free tier, but in all fairness it just complicates matters all the time in terms of which features should be free or paid for when we add new features. We prefer to not have that headache.

Jc73uk Same here. Have only had a battery for a few months and got a 4kw array. I only have one discharge over the 4 to 7 pm and charge 2 to 5 if I don't think I'll get enough off solar during the day. I've only used Wonder Watt or a month and so far I've done manual triggering. Not sure I'll keep it when the trail ends but will see.

Just subscribed but I do have a slight issue. In my control panel it said that my trial ended on 10th October. So rather than having to remember to subscribe on that day I did it today. Now you have my subscription ending on 7th October next year doing me out of 3 days of using your service. Surely the subscription should take over as the trial ends

All signed up with an annual subscription .... noticed that on the email confirmation it states: "Your subscription will renew at £54.00 every year" so does that mean there will never be any price increases! 😃

Have you considered different plans based on feature usage?
I'm like @Booji , where I only use a static charge and discharge to match Octopus Flux, I don't intend to use any more advanced features.
