Charge anomaly ~ probably something in settings?

This has happened twice now and can't work out why.

The schedule is from 00:01 to 05:59 and I had it to pick up slots at 02:30, 03:00, 03:30 and 05:00 lasy night. What I can't understand is it started charging right at the beginning 00:01 yet at 1kW only and continued to 02:30 when it then charged at 3kW. The 05:00 it skipped as the battery was 97% which was correct. I originally had the schedule from 10:01 but thought this was the problem. Any advice would be appreciated as tonight I will probably set up similar with the current rates wxpected. Many thanks Keith (Southend)

Keith Looks like you still have a custom charge schedule configured in the Schedules section. If you are using Agile charge windows and setting slots and let WW pick them, you want to leave charge schedules in the custom Schedules section alone. You can just deactivate or delete the 00:01-05:59 schedule you named 'Home schedule'.

Note that you will keep the Agile Charge windows in the Agile Octopus section.

admin Thank you for your reply. All set for tonight with these changes. I've already seen the benefits of this now that I am on Agile. Infact today the battery has been 100% most of the day and have actually exported 2.8kW, from just 7.6kW generated.

No sun recorded today here either.

If you’re on Agile you should make the Agile charge windows active and disable the schedules in the Schedules menu. It looks like you’ve currently done the opposite according to the screenshots.
