Hi. I took out an annual subscription a few days ago at 8.05pm. Unfortunately my inverter went offline at 8.06pm the same day. To date, neither GE or I can get it back on line. Looks like the internet side of the dongle has died! I just want to clarify if, following taking out of the subscription, does WW immediately send any kind of instruction to the inverter? I would think not, but need to ask. functional- estate

    No, we don’t send any instruction to the inverter after having subscribed.

    Nothing with the subscription subsystem has any bearing on instructions being sent.
