  • 4 or 5 Missed Agile overnight sessions in the last week or so.

Hi,
I need a bit of help. My Gen 1 GivEnergy system didn’t charge overnight (4 or 5 times recently). This seems to have started after the recent GivEnergy update, but I’m not sure if that’s the cause. Do you think it’s an issue on my end or just a glitch?

    Midville Hi, everything looks OK from our end, including the response we are getting back from the Giv API, see our detailed diagnostics for the 2:30-6:30 slot from this morning.

    You should also see these instructions in your Giv inverter log?

    I have just notice this on my side too.

    Not sure if something is a miss with my setting for something else. Didn't charge last night. Please find a bit of info my side.

      Midville Instruction looks to be correctly sent for 02:00-06:00 charge. See also our diagnostic logs.

      Perhaps worth asking Giv why the inverter didn't action a charge despite these instructions?

      At around 7, we attempted to reinstate charge rate and disable the charge slots, but this didn't get actioned, see Inverter Timeout messages below, despite retries.

      They have done a full reset and refreshed the registers - hopefully thats done the trick.

        Failed to charge overnight, will touch base with GE. It charged before midnight via WW and My invertor was told to charge by WW.

        in the day and evening working.

        seems a little odd ?

        Talked to GE this morning and their suggestion is to recalibrate the Battery - see what happens tonight!

          Midville Thanks for the update, fingers crossed it'll be fine after recalibration.

          Charging went well and for the first time in a week or so the battery was full this morning, after recalibration yesterday.
