[GivEnergy inverter]
Five or so mins before the export session is due to start, WW sends the commands to the inverter. WW sets the start and end times, and turns on Enable Discharge, etc. Perfect.
However, five or so mins BEFORE the end time, WW sends the stop commands. The export is ended early. Why?
The inverter was already told what time to stop, and it will automatically stop at the set end time. It seems unnecessary for WW to send the stop command before the actual end time. Why aren't the stop commands sent AFTER the end time? The export isn't going to overrun - the inverter knows what time to stop.
Here is an example log:
As you can see, the stop commands were sent early, at 18:56. It would make more sense if they were sent after 19:00, after the export end time.
What is the reasoning behind this please?
