Indeed it does. Here it is, around 11:58 - as you had an IOG schedule from 8:34-12:00.

As to why it isn't actioned by your inverter (if this is the case), we can't tell. All we can say is we sent the correct commands to Giv API, and got a success response.
Everything else, is downstream from us.
