Battery did not charge over night

Hi, for some reason my batteries did not charge as per schedule setting. The previous night worked fine but last night the batteries just kept discharging until empty. I did have a couple of randomness charging issues around clock changing time but that sorted itself eventually.

elliptical-visit Yeah, ultimately we use the same underlying Growatt APIs. But we can't predict their responses, and we have retries in place, as you can see from our previously shared diagnostics.

Hi its charging tonight, but I did notice my router went off at about 00:12 for ten minutes so maybe that was the problem last night.

Hi again was there a problem again last night as it failed to charge again so I had to set a charge manually?
I have previously contacted my ISP about this and they would monitor it but before I contact them again can you check your end please.

Hi just stayed up to see if any interruption in broadband but no all was good but battery still failed to charge again so I had to set manually on shinephone app.

Hi again that's 2 nights in a row that schedule has failed. Broadband has been stable. I have had to manually charge with shine phone app which is working fine so inverter is connected to WiFi OK.
What can be causing this?

Hi again, I'm still getting issues of charge failures over night. I seem to get 1 or 2 nights where it charges and then the next night a failure and this keeps recurring. My broadband seems to be stable now and most nights I am up watching to see if everything OK.
Last night WW failed to charge again so I decided this time rather than using growatt app to start charge I would write another WW schedule and that worked perfectly.
Can you shed some light on this as I will not be able to keep staying up to check soon.

elliptical-visit This does seem to be purely a Growatt API error that indicates the instruction wasn't set successfully, see our logs.

I wonder if we put a separate retry in after say 5-10 mins. Looks like your 00:35 custom charge schedule did work.

Hi, it's like the growatt inverter has gone to sleep and by the time it's awake its too late so yes a seperste retry might be good.
Also I'm not sure if it's this but during the day I sometimes refresh the WW home page but I didn't do it yesterday and maybe not on the other failure days so again does this wake something up.
I would like to go back to the smart charge schedule but I found the predicted solar was way off with this very grey weather we have been having so thats why i decided to charge 100% at night for the time being.
OK, so do I need to do anything my end?
