Huey No charge last night. The log says it was offline however it wasn't. I had the system recommissioned yesterday and I know the engineer changed the dongle password to the same as my router. Is that the reason for the issue and if so how can I resolve it? functional-estate.

Ijhhh I changed my tariff from Agile to Octopus Go yesterday. Turned off my Agile charge settings and set a schedule charge for 00:30 to 05:30 last night. However battery didn't charge and activity log displayed the following error message... Error setting charge schedule: Inverter Offline [SUxtSmSk] Don't know if this is linked to tariff change. Tried a quick charge and this worked and then a short 10min scheduled charge and this also worked. I'm worried this might happen again tonight. Can someone take a look? ID- handmade-key Thanks
admin Ijhhh Looks like what it said on the tin, we got a message back from Giv to say your Inverter was offline, and hence the instruction could get actioned. Same would have happened had you manually tried to charge at that specific point in time. See logs below.
