Not seeing any instruction entries in our diagnostics logs for 'unwelcoming-dream' over the past 7 days, so looks unrelated to anything we've done as no instructions have been sent.
And can't seem to locate your account on the DB, perhaps deleted already?

Looks like your IOG schedule is not active? So you need to switch this toggle:

Have enabled the profile but it’s showing an intelligent charge slot when the car is not even plugged in??

DavrosMcT The default IOG one (23:30-5:30) is always available, the other one must be visible in your Octo app for EV charging as we simply pick those up from Octopus dispatch slots.
