Good afternoon, I am new to Wonder Watt and have integrated with the IOG Beta. Prior to last night, the Solar Forecast used for determining the amount of charge to add has been consistent with actual solar generation and the Solcast Forecast (integrated with GivEnergy), but last night the Activity Log indicated that the solar forecast would be 6.6 kWh and the weather has been abysmal (actual generation up until 15:30 has been 1.7 kWh which was close to the Solcast Forecast for today.

Is this a glitch with Wonder Watt or something I have done wrong from my end?

PbroJerry It's mainly dependent on weather forecast and cloud cover. There will be times that it is out.

PbroJerry I'm on IOG, I pretty much ignore the solar forcast.
My top tip would be just charge to 100% regardless (unless your solar is on FiT).

MrMessy Good idea. I'm just a couple of days in to WW and IOG integration (couple of years into IOG) so I'm feeling my way. Reducing the number of variables at this stage can only help me understand what WW is doing.
      Cheers

gwynnej3 with import at 7p and export at 15p, theres really no reason not to charge to 100% every night, then maximise your export potential....

...... not that there's been much sun recently. 😅
