Steve1 Eco mode = On is definitely the answer
Timed Discharge should not be enabled and should by default be a full 24-hour window of 00:00 to 00:00
When these settings are in place, your AIO will discharge up to the maximum rate that your AIO is allowed at 3.6kW / 6.0kW depending on the model you have to support the house load.
IF your houseload is greater than this, then you will pull some power from the grid - but only the difference between the two.
This will avoid the very high slot prices typically the worst between 16:00 and 19:00 avoiding the costs.
Your WW charge schedule should be set up to replenish said output, my recommendation would be to have a four/five slot window between 00:00 and 16:00 to choose the cheapest slots between those hours, which WW does perfectly.
Suppose you are a heavy user during that evening. In that case, you may wish to alter your schedule into two parts, so that you nearly always force a charge just before the 16:00 - 19:00 window, so that your AIO is mostly full [different people have different preferences here. Some at 80%, 90% or 100% SoC - State of Charge, but that is down to you and your consumption patterns.]
Hopefully this helps.
