Charging slots didn't work

2nd time this week that I've allocated slots for the night but when I look in the morning, they have been unallocated. Can you spread any light

Mat Is this for Agile? The slots are repopulated at around 16:35 every day when the new tariffs come out.

So if you set them at 16:15, or so, that could well be the cause. We probably should lock modification between 16:00 - 16:40 every day for Agile selections.

The problem is slots from 16:00 to the end of the day get reset regardless of when they were selected.
I often select some 19:00 - 20:30 slots early afternoon (1pm ish).
What would be handy is WW only processes the new slots loaded from Agile and leaves the existing slots (up to 23:00) alone unless they are in an Agile window that also contains new slots.

Yes agile. I don't remember what time I set them but it's likely to be in the repopulation time you mentioned. I'll try and select slots after 5 and see what that does.

johalareewi Yeah, or alternatively, keep the existing (already selected slots), let WW repopulate and then apply any deltas that still exist.

We will run some limited tests along those lines and keep you informed. I know you've been painfully aware of this one. ;-)
