Hi I have had some strange behaviour for past few days. Not sure if it's caused by my settings in WW (or GE) and whether issues are related. I'm guessing unrelated. I'll be grateful if you can review logs and advise. Batteries & inverter are indoors. tepid-topic 1. Overnight charging was normal until midnight. From midnight batteries did not charge despite slots chosen and "hold" selected. In fact discharge occurred albeit at restricted rate (see discharge issue below). I woke at 2.30am and noticed lack of charging so set forced charge via GE app. Now charging. I plan to reset GE app to normal at say 7.30 am so that Batteries will be used to charge home. 2. Discharge rate for last few days has set itself to minimal. Afaik I have never changed anything on this- discharge rate should always be max. Actual discharge has often been up to circa 700w(?). I have a few things plugged into permanent eps outlet - doubt they draw 700w. Each day I reset the discharge to max and discharge continues normally for that day afaik. - note I used Quick Schedule Discharge schedule from WW a few days ago. Issue since then? - in fact I noticed the Quick Schedule seemed to be still active even though not set by me - I.e. repeating. I cancelled today Quick Schedule this morning and wonder if that will change matters? If so is that a bug in WW Quick Schedule or something else? I will monitor and update if I notice anything to add on either issue

Tima441 Thanks for reporting, this was an issue at our end on the back of the reset discharge fix after end of hold windows that have charging slots after it.

We're rolling out a bugfix for this now.

As a quick test I changed GE app to Normal snd batteries immediately discharged to Home at max demand.

I've changed GE app to forced Charge for next few hours. I would then ideally Hold the part filled battery against demand at peak rates later today.

With round trip losses its not really useful to keep filling the batteries during the morning. Another example where one-off HOLD scheduling of slots or a period can be useful.

I'm wondering if it's somehow after "hold" slot it's not resetting to use battery? Intermittent bug?

Tima441 Looks like a bug, will investigate.

Tima441 This has been fixed and deployed now, there was an edge case issue which mistakenly would think the slot was in the hold window, when it was actually outside.
