Extended am slot

As the night schedule finishes at 5.30am and if there was an extension maybe to 9am for the last couple of weeks the next slot as been getting later and later, so was 5.35 am 5.45am 6,05 am before the next slott started. This weekend it has not started the next slott at all without intervention.

can you look into this please

PANface This morning, it looks like the Octopus API was down at around 8:20, which meant we could not receive ad-hoc dispatch slots.

We got 502 (Bad Gateway) errors.

But any mapped slots should have been picked up shortly after.

Did you check in the Octopus app whether you had a mapped charge slot assigned for the times you mention?

You seem to be getting really wide IOG slots assigned from Octopus, as per your activity log in WW:

Saturday at 18:30, you had an 18:28 - 11:00 mapped slot: Charge instruction set for IOG 18:28 - 11:00: 100% target at charge rate of 100%

Similar thing happened Sunday afternoon: Charge instruction set for IOG 16:28 - 11:00: 100% target at charge rate of 100%

In summary, I'm not sure I understand your question/problem. Octopus creates the mapped charges and will change this at the drop of a hat. We just react to this and condense the relevant schedules and issue charge instructions.

So based on the instructions as seen from the activity log above, your defautl 23:30-5:30 was well covered by both the 18:28 - 11:00 instruction as well as the 16:28-11:00 instruction.

PANface And you still had an existing mapped Octopus slot in the Octopus app?

If there are no mapped slots from Octopus, and we are outside the default IOG window, we do stop the charge. It's likely that's what happened, Octopus do extend and shrink mapped slots quite often.

We'll add some more logging around this to trace this to be sure.

Had a slot that spans over the standard finish time 5.30am and it stopped and didn't restart

PANface Odd, we can see a successful instruction was sent and received by Growatt for the 2:30 - 11:00 with the correct parameters. No end instruction was sent at 5:30 for dazzling-dealer.

But it does look like for your other account, snoopy-island, an end-instruction was sent for the default 5:30 slot. We'll take a look.

You still have a custom charge Active for your snoopy-island account in Schedules, from 23:30-05:30.

That is interfering with your IOG slots.

Please deactivate this.

PANface You probably switched it off for one account and not the other? We obviously don't touch user settings like this.

Let us know what happens, should be fine if you toggle that to inactive.
