I may be repeating myself but I hope not.
I have issues with Shine software, Growatt customer services, and Wi-Fi reception at my Inverters.
Following the setup manual has proved to be less than easy, My system consists of 2 off Growatt SPF5000-ES 48V 230/50, a generally East-facing array of 3,240W array feeding 1 inverter, and a generally West facing array of 3,280W array feeding the second inverter, Inverters are paired as per recommendations. the DC output/input connects to a Fogstar battery bank rated at 54v 15kWhr. my system is generally offline and is connected to the grid when solar or battery storage is not available, I try to use Agile as intelligently as I can, but this involves physically disconnecting and connecting the grid supply.
The inverters keep flashing warnings for overheating most of the time but investigation shows no visible signs. My wifi is very poor and unreliable so connection to Shine or any other system is questionable. I have tried to contact Growatt UK to no avail because I purchased a UK inverter from a European source, and support is nonexistent.
I need help getting the best from my system and a hands-free method of keeping my system as efficient as possible.
I have battery monitoring feeding into the inverter master and although it works "ish" I believe it could work better, is there any help available?
Thanks in anticipation
