Agile -ve max price not possible on phone UI

Trying to set a negative max price for an agile window isnt possible on mobile device. Keypad doesn't have a minus key. OS = Android

Looks like not possible on desktop PC either. Allows -ve entry but can't save

Works with desktop PC but still not possible on mobile device with virtual keyboard.
Virtual number pad doesn't have a minus sign.
