Moving Energy Suppliers - Questions

I am currently with Octopus Agile and considering moving to an alternative energy supplier. I have a compatible Growatt Invertor.
One of the tariffs I am considering is Tomato Agile which appears identical to Octopus. The other is a Tariff which has 3 low price periods.
Will I be able to use any of these tariffs using the WW interface?

ALLENPATTRICK We don't integrate with Tomato Agile, but would assume lowest Octo price slots to correspond with them.

Anything with multiple low price periods can simply be managed via our Schedules section - where you can specify up to 20 charge/discharge schedules.

I don't know much about Tomato, but have heard seen some negative experiences here and there in the various FB groups and forums.

I am informed that the number of Tomato Agile slots do corrrespond with the half hourly Octopus slots.

I am unsure what a limited level of integration with WW would mean.
1) Would I be able to see the prices each day associated with th 48 slots?
2) Would you overlay this with recommendations whilst allowing user changes as is the case now?
3) what might be lost as a consequence eg weather …..?

I am happy using the scheduling features if I go for one of the other offerings. I take your point re negative comments for Tomato principally regards customer service. I have been with Octopus for many years and the customer service has been very good until recently. Thus checking out cheaper alternatives.

You can literally keep your Octopus Agile DNO region and we will display those prices and make decisions on them. Whilst the prices would be for Octo Agile, they should track close enough to Tomato Agile for you to use the same charge functionality with WW.
