I'm helping out a relatively to manage the batteries better on agile. They are not very techie so recommended wonderwatt for ease of use. I've noticed the past two nights after a charge it gets stuck charging and doesn't use the battery to power the house unless I manually force discharge for 5 minutes and stop it. Any ideas how to stop this?

Danerf We didn't reset your discharge rate as it seemed it was correctly set to the max when we read it at the end of the charge slot.

Second value is the discharge rate.

You should be able to see this in the GivEnergy log - Remote Control, at the bottom, to see when we read this at 6:02.

admin weird, it just keeps on trying to charge until I force it to stop.. 🤔

Danerf How do you stop it?

We basically set the "time from" and "time to" to the same, "00:00","00:00" - to effectively disable the charge from grid.

And have done so for a long time.

Though perhaps we need to additionally disable the "AC Charge Enable" flag, and enable it when we start a forced charge.

Is anyone else seeing what OP describes?

We've made this change now btw.

admin great, let's see how it goes. Is this forum the official support place or do you have an email?

Not on my GE Gen1 inverter. What inverter does the OP have?

johalareewi it's a 3kw rectangle shaped inverter, might be gen1 or 2, 2 years old.

Same stuck charging in the morning happened.

We disabled the "AC Charge Enabled" flag - ie. set it to False at around 6:01 for you. See our logs.

You should be able to see this from your Giv Inverter log file too.

admin yeah very odd. Maybe it needs a recalibration. I'll call them tomorrow when it's cheap electric
