It looks like by the time this schedule was picked up, there was a slot from 6:00-6:30, and no 7:00 slot was there, otherwise it would have been a continuous charge block.
However, toggling Agile charge windows on/off will have repopulated certain slots - or perhaps you may have selected the 7:00 slot after the 5:58 charge was already set, which may be the reason this wasn't picked up.
