Agile slots not charging

Hi, I have set 22:00 to 07:30 anything under 10.10p SOC target 100% SOC less than 98%

In advance I’ve set price to 6p
3kw and 3kw for inverter Growatt SPA3000 with 10kw battery storage.

If I manually use the charge button it charges.

Any help would be greatly received.

Admin will probably need your Watt ID from Advanced Settings to check.

marsdeng Hmm, looks like we did send several instructions overnight and they were accepted OK by Growatt. See attached logs:

admin Thanks - maybe I'm just too eager to see the changes display - my room display did not show usage when price was very low - but if I clicked the 'Charge' in quick schedule it shows withing 30 seconds.

All depends, really. If you're happy that you won't have any slots selected when the price is > 10.1 pence...

Most users tend to use the lowest priced number of slots only and leave max price blank.

Because prices will always fluctuate. Are you not going to charge when prices are say 11 pence / kW?

That said, if it works for you, it's all good. 😃

Hey I’m having a similar problem where my slots aren’t charging - it sends the instructions but it doesn’t seem to resolve. Anything I can do? Nothing has changed with the system

TomKatt1993 Odd, we have a success response back from Growatt, see logs below:

Have you tried to set Battery First through the Shinephone app? I suspect that will not work either.

And if so, it may be worth contacting Growatt and asking them why grid charge instructions don't seem to have any effect?
