Can you remove Intelligent and Agile from my account. I'm having problems with my night charge starting before the 12:30 - 5:30 cheap period and I just want to illiminate the possiblity that one of these is starting it. I don't think I will go back to them.

Gazzagreen which tariff are you on?

Intelligent Go has minimum cheap period between 11:30pm and 05:30am. But its often extended by Octopus - you can see the schedule in the Octopus App (as well as WW) and it sometimes changes several times right up to the charge period.

I'm currently on Octopus Go (the normal one) that should start charging at 00:30pm. This is what I set in my wonderwatt schedule settings. But every night my givenergy inverter "Timed Charge" setting changes to 11:30pm start. I can turn it off, or change it to 00:30 but the very next night its back to 11:30pm.

Weiredly, most nights the battery usualy starts charging at 00:00, meaning charging for half an hour on expensive electricity. I can't understand it? Something is definately messing with my system.

This morning... It showed the right times last night when active: 12:31 - 05:29, but I think this is what it resets too when charging finishes? Could this be the case? Wheres it getting 23:30 from?

Gazzagreen When you have IOG enabled, these are the default times we reset it to, so when you Pause the IOG configuration we will reset to 00:00-00:00.
