I have decided to leave Octopus for Tomato Energy on 1 March. I will transfer my export to Scottish Power immediately after joining TE.
I am unsure how WW will assist me (during) or after the move.
Will WW automatically pick up the change of tariff from my API or is there some other action required on my part?
The 12 month tariff includes
a low 5p rate for 5 hours
A mid morning rate for 2 hours 14.04
An evening slot of 2 hours @ 14.04
All of the rest @ 23.26. With no exit fees.
I anticipate that my batteries will ensure that I will have little or no imports during the summer.
I thank forum contributors for their cautionary tales of TE customer service. Octopus are supreme in this area and I have been less than impressed with TE’s service so far. The increasing prices on Agile have finally swayed me to taking this 12 month contract.
I hope that WW will do most or all the admin for thiis new tariff.
