Last two morning Charged has normal, however Eco not switch on - So still pulling from Grid until
i switch Eco On

    gazandjan We don't touch Eco when sending a charge instruction. See our logs:

    You should be able to look in your Giv logs on the Giv portal (Remote Control cog in top right hand menu), then scroll to the bottom to see how and what was responsible for turning Eco off.

        admin Just Checked the Log and WW turns off the Eco before it starts the discharge at 23.30 - which lasts to 1am

          gazandjan Right, you called it 'Charge' rather than discharge, which confused me.

          Looks like Eco isn't set back because at 00:56 your charge schedule is being set and as a result at 00:58 we see that the most recent instruction is a charge instruction.

          You can easily fix this by making sure there's a bit of a gap of a few mins between export end and charge start, which will result in Eco being reset back properly.

          The reason for this is that we have so many instructions that we are sending and including retries and back-off factors, even with running them in parallel, we simply cannot achieve all of them within a minute.
