Steve-Gibbs I have set up a discharge schedule for 16.00 to 19.00 daily in WW but it doesn't seem to be forcing my battery to do it. Any help appreciated
admin Steve-Gibbs What's your WattID please? The name under the version number in the nav menu. From the Activity Log it looks like the instruction was sent by us and received successfully by Giv.
admin Steve-Gibbs Looks OK from our end and based on Giv API responses: Can you share your Giv log to see what's different between our discharge instructions and when you send them? Anything obvious that stands out?
Steve-Gibbs I'm going to see if the forced discharge works today. I have set up the command in WW, I will come back to you with the givlog if the discharge fails... Thanks for your help
