Shinephone app asked me to enter maintenance mode

I clicked to do that and now the battery will not discharge. The system is set to on grid load first.

Not sure how to get the battery to discharge again to power the house so looking for a bit of advice please. I've asked the ai and raised a manual labour case and waiting for a response on that too while I ask the community for help.

I have not done a power cycle yet.
