Export setting not followed

I set an export over night but it didn't export fully as instructed. Any ideas?

Mat Looks like your export was overwritten by your Agile hold instruction from 2:00 onwards, this is also visible in your Activity log.

Export to grid instruction set for 02:00 - 04:16 (adjusted).

Was followed by:

We tend to prioritise hold/charge over export.

I'd just spotted that. So I should have set the hold to kick in before adding the export slots?

Mat Yeah, that may have worked although post export hold might not have been reinstated.

WW isn’t reallly designed to have overlapping or interrupting schedules.

admin I found this early on and now set a 5 minute pause window between Schedules where I set up my export slots and the Agile windows where I set up my charge/hold slots. As the charge slots are fixed to 30 minute boundaries I do the adjustment in the export schedules which for me always start 5 minutes into the time slot (but I've found can end aligned to the start boundary of the next charge window and still work).

I have started to do that too. Have been setting export schedules during the day to empty the battery ready for daytime plunge prices. Stopping the export about 10 mins before the plunge price Agile slot is due to kick in seems to keep things running smoothly.

johalareewi The one thing I've found is when the plunge is during the day it is difficult to make good use of it as my solar generation power exceeds my battery charge power which means I still don't use any grid energy at the plunge price. But it is brilliant during the night and even in the morning up to about 11.30am when my Solar generation reaches about 3kW.

WindyMiller Same here but my inverter is only 3.6kW and I can delay charging the car until plunge time as well as the GE battery. Do some laundry too. It all helps get the house load above 3.6kW.
