Just so everyone else is in the know too - for Giv, we will be ditching us calling the presets endpoint, as there's no doubt in my mind it actually contributes to some of these Inverter Timeout messages.
We have swapped this out for simply configuring the individual settings ourselves, using multiple API calls. That's what Giv does judging by the logs, but clearly it's not implemented well on their backend service.
We have already changed this for charge instructions, but we will be changing this for timed export/discharge instructions too.
