4watts I don't think that is the reason you didn't have full charge.
As a consequence of a recent software change where each slot is re-evaluated every thirty minutes, the slots charge outline gets cleared down leaving only the last one in a contiguous run still showing the blue outline. So when set up you had 4 overnight slots but not in a contiguous run. So the ones left were the 4.30 and 5.30 slots which were the last ones in each contiguous run with the 3.30 and 4.00 having been cleared down as they were consumed.
Also manually added slots do not persist for the next day; only those that are pre-selected by your charge windows will appear again the next day which, I think, is why you still have the 14:30, 15:00, and 15:30 slots selected but have lost the 13:30 and 14:00 slots (that's a guess as I can't see your charge windows).
The way to see what is really happening is to look at the log for that time period. Perhaps you can post that too?
