Growatt system offline

I noticed that at 11am today while we were all out of the house. WW commands stopped working. I found that Shine is telling me my system is offline. I can't see any issue in the house; the inverter and batteries are working fine and the Shine interface box looks OK (I restarted it just in case). Is anyone else having issues suggesting it's the hosts in China? or can anyone advise please? @admin are you able to give me any hints from the failure messages that started happening please?

Update: Well, the instructions worked to a point - I was able to get the RF dongle connected to the LAN box again and collect data for a while. But no commands to the inverter worked (despite WW claiming that a quick-set charge had succeeded), either from WW or through the web interface, and the connection dropped after about 10 minutes. I have reconnected a few times with the same results. I guess I will need to talk to the installer (system is only 4 months old).

Looks like the RF dongle has failed. My supplier was going to send another but recommended I use an ethernet connection instead. I did not know this was possible! I am now waiting for delivery of a Growatt Shine LAN-X dongle instead. It replaces the whole RF arrangement and hopefully means I never lose network access again. Watch this space.

Ok, we are online again. The Shine LAN-X dongle is very simple to use, just plug in and register by scanning the QR code on it with your phone. So far it's working well - much faster results from commands than we ever had with the RF connection. Definitely recommended, and the price from Midsummer was very reasonable indeed!
