Switching from Agile to Intelligent Octopus

Hello, I've just switched from Agile Octopus to Intelligent Octopus Go. How do I disable the Agile section in Wonder Watt? I'm also getting an error Error response from IOG when trying to save my details in the Intelligent section - is this just because I only switched today?

jaypeagi You can turn any Agile Charge Windows to inactive or Pause your Agile schedules.

In terms of IOG, it could be that your account hasn’t been properly set up at Octopus’ end.
